The 2019 NY2LA Basketball Association rolled out its fourth installment this past spring and summer and with an adjusted recruiting calendar opportunities for quality performances and platforms were at a premium Few, if any, took advantage of it like Baylor Hebb, a Texas 2020 standout whose performances in both sessions have garnered him Offensive Player of the Year honors for the 2019 NY2LA Basketball Association.

A smooth 6-2 plus 170 pound plus guard from Colleyville Heritage (TX), Hebb was spectacular for 3D Empire as he delivered a number of highlight performances during both sessions.  Selected to the 2019 NY2LA Basketball Association First Team earlier this week, Hebb wrapped up Session 1 as the leading scorer at close to 30 points a game and he led the league in Floor Impact while also being among the league leaders in Assists, Field Goal Percentage, and 3 point shooting percentage.  His 48 point 6 rebound 7 of 11 from 3 point range performance in a close win over a very talented Wisconsin Swing team was arguably the single best performance to date in NY2LA Basketball Association history and he added another 30 plus point effort during the July championships.

A skilled instinctive guard with an ability to flip the scoreboards and fill the box score in different ways, Hebb was sensational during the spring and summer and the talented guard continues to see his recruiting stock soar as a result.  He currently holds offers from the following:  Tulane, Toledo, UNC-Charlotte, Louisiana Tech, Colorado State, Tulsa, Saint Louis, Loyola-Chicago, Valparaiso, Northern Kentucky, DePaul, Drake, Stephen F. Austin, Grand Canyon, UW-Green Bay, Bucknell, and Ohio.
